QC photos before shipping
Every order is photographed before it ships, and you approve those photos before we dispatch. This is your primary protection: if a pair doesn't look right in QC, we reshoot from another pair or replace it before anything leaves. Inspecting your QC photos carefully is the single best way to ensure you're happy with what arrives.
If something arrives wrong
If a pair arrives with a defect that wasn't visible in the QC photos, message us on WhatsApp with clear photos as soon as possible. We handle genuine QC failures case by case, and our goal is always a buyer who'd order again. Because these are made-to-order replica goods, change-of-mind returns aren't generally possible, which is exactly why the QC-photo approval step matters so much.
