How shipping works

We ship every order factory-direct by DHL, UPS or FedEx. After you approve your QC photos and payment clears, your parcel is dispatched and a tracking number follows in about two days. Because there's no agent warehouse in the middle, the timeline you see is the real door-to-door window — nothing is sitting in a consolidation centre for a week first. This is the single biggest difference between ordering through us and going through a third-party agent: an agent receives your pairs, holds them until they've consolidated other buyers' orders, then reships, which routinely adds five to ten days. We cut that step entirely.

Every parcel ships with full tracking you can follow from dispatch to delivery. We send the tracking number on WhatsApp the moment it's generated, so you're never wondering where your order is. For resellers running multiple cartons, consistent tracking is part of what makes the supply chain predictable enough to build a business on.

Delivery windows by region

Most US and European addresses receive their parcels in 6 to 12 days. Latin America runs 8 to 15 days. These are real averages from our own shipments, not best-case promises. The estimator above lets you check the window for your region and preferred carrier. DHL is usually the fastest of the three, with UPS and FedEx typically a day or so behind depending on the destination.

Delivery time is measured from dispatch, which happens after QC approval and payment — so the full timeline from order to doorstep is roughly two days of QC and processing plus the shipping window. For a US buyer approving QC photos today, that usually means the pairs arrive inside two weeks. Planning a reorder around that cadence keeps your stock flowing without gaps.

Which carrier should you choose

For most orders the carrier choice comes down to what serves your address best, and the differences are small. DHL has the strongest international network into Europe and is usually our default for EU buyers. UPS and FedEx both perform well into the US. If you have a preference based on past experience with deliveries to your area, tell us and we'll route accordingly — all three are fully tracked and insured against loss in transit.

For larger commercial orders, we can also discuss split shipments across carriers to manage customs exposure and reduce the risk of a single parcel being delayed. This is the kind of logistics planning that matters more as your order sizes grow, and it's part of what the wholesale relationship is for.

Free shipping and bulk orders

Orders of three pairs or more ship free. Below three pairs, a flat courier fee applies, which the calculators on our category pages show in real numbers. Consolidating into one larger order is always cheaper per pair than splitting it across several parcels — three pairs in one box costs far less to ship than three separate single pairs, which is why the free-shipping threshold sits exactly where it encourages a sensible minimum carton.

Customs and duties

Customs on footwear parcels is usually modest but does exist, and it varies by country. We build a customs buffer into the landed-cost estimates on our category pages so you're pricing for it rather than being surprised. For larger or commercial orders, message us on WhatsApp and we'll talk through the best way to handle your specific destination. As a general rule, keeping individual parcels modest in declared value helps stay under casual customs thresholds, and we package and label with that in mind.

Customs decisions ultimately rest with the authorities in your country, and import compliance is the buyer's responsibility — but in practice, footwear parcels of the sizes most buyers order clear without issue the large majority of the time. If you're importing at commercial scale, it's worth understanding your local thresholds, and we're happy to share what we've seen work for buyers in your region.
